This website is designed to collect as little information as practical. It does not use a website database for contact-form submissions or advertising trackers. It does use Google Analytics 4 to understand general website traffic and usage.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, the name, contact information, and message you provide are securely transmitted through FormSubmit so the inquiry can be delivered to Rachael by email. North Star does not maintain a separate website database of form submissions. FormSubmit and the receiving email provider may process the information needed to deliver the message.

Website analytics

North Star uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand general website usage, such as pages visited, traffic sources, device and browser information, and approximate geographic information. North Star does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, contact-form contents, or information about an individual’s health or care circumstances to Google Analytics. Google may process technical information needed to provide the analytics service under its own privacy terms.

Server logs

The company that hosts this website may automatically collect basic technical logs, such as an IP address, browser type, and request time, for security and reliability. Please review the privacy information of the selected hosting provider.

Health and sensitive information

Please avoid sending detailed medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or other highly sensitive information through an unencrypted email message.
