A lifelong respect for older adults, shaped at home.
Rachael’s passion for seniors began at home. Growing up in a family devoted to geriatric nursing, she learned from her mother and grandmother the values of patience, empathy, and respect for older adults—lessons that shaped her life and career.
With over a decade of experience in the assisted living industry, Rachael has dedicated herself to supporting seniors and families through one of life’s most important transitions. She began her career in marketing but quickly realized her true calling was working directly with people and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
Based in Port Jefferson with her husband, James, and their two young sons, Rachael brings both heart and expertise to her work. She guides families with compassion, insight, and steady support, helping seniors find comfort, confidence, and peace of mind.
